It's going pretty well. It's just been a really challenging season of life for me. I have a couple more days of school, I think, before graduation. I'm excited and a little bit sad to be finished with high school, and I'm nervous about the future, although I know God has good plans for me.

I have to take a Pre-Registration Foreign Language Test (Spanish for me) in about a week or so, in order for my college to determine which Spanish class I should take in college. I would've written this sentence in Spanish, but I wouldn't even know where to start. Spanish 101, here I come!

Yes! And blow minds? That's how that one music reviewer on the Skillet Boards described it haha. As I said earlier, JfH is the only negative thing said about the album as a whole thus far. For example, the creator of Christian Music Zine was all enthusiastic about the album and said that it will prove the doubters wrong. He didn't really like Awake either, so it's not as though he just loves new Skillet. This is why I take JfH's reviews with a grain of salt...

Haha...Skillet.com has been scarred for life. I don't even see the point in notifying the Web Crew about anything amiss these days. Remember when "the time messed up," as we termed it? Several of us brought that to the Web Crew's attention, and a few months later, Skillet.com changed completely. The layout and design will never be as good as it once was.

I understand the Board's reasoning, but I also understand how frustrating and pointless that seems. *Sigh* Here in West Virginia, homeschooled students aren't permitted to play in public school sport events--say, for example, basketball, cheerleading, football, etc. My brother played Little League baseball last year, but only because that was a state sport. It never really mattered to me, because I'm not into athletics, but I always did consider that reasoning unfair.

One squirrel did that to my favorite tube-feeder! Blasted rodent gnawed off all the bird's perches, chewed clean through the plastic and knocked it down. They also destroyed a Cardinal-feeder that I made myself! Tipped it over and chewed through the toilet-paper tubes and tinfoil. -.-
Well, you could always use a tray! If you have a deck up high, then you can mount it to the outside and put the seeds in it. Or spread the kernels around your yard, in the squirrel holes/food caches, etc. Once you 'contaminate' their food supply, ruin their chances of getting a meal at your yard, they'll be forced to check out other yards as a source.

Of course, another one could take its place...if you try putting out a bird feeder (or a tray) with safflower seed, they might leave you alone...they dislike the seed. Cardinals and Grosbeaks, on the other hand, love it, and they'd brighten up your yard!
