I'm a 55 year old father of one daughter in college and a 9 year old adopted boy from China. Never heard any Skillet music until we attended Winter Jam in Louisville, KY earlier this year. My 16 year old daughter was with me and WOW!!! Skillet rocked!!! We went with a group from our church and I was familiar with Building 429 and Sanctus Real, which were both very good, but we were blown away by Skillet. We sat behind the stage and got a great view of the pyrotechnics...we could feel the heat from the flames shooting up! Since then my daughter and I have seen Skillet 2 more times, most recently at Winter Jam on January 3, 2015 in Louisville.

I now have all of Skillet's CDs and we listen to them often.
