AWESOME!!!!!!! I can't wait for you to see Switchfoot again too, lol. Thats too bad that you missed Manafest, but thats amazing that you can already play a bass tab for War of Change! Did you make it yourself or did you find it online? Thats a good list of album's i'll have to check out Fire at Will sometime. Btw, on February 7th on Air1.com the world premier for Fireflight's new music video Stay Close is finally going to be unveiled! I know you don't really listen to Fireflight, but you might like the video:) Btw i'm leaving Skillet.com in a few days so, goodbye:)
Oh btw, I listened to TFK's new song war of change. It Rocks!!!! I can hardly wait for their new akbum to come out, it's supposed to come out sometime in march! Do you listen to Fireflight? Because their new album comes out on March 6th. A worship singer I really like called Kari Jobe, has an album coming out in 2 days!!!!And Manafest's new album is supposed to come out in the spring. and Skillet's new album is supposed to come out in September, but I think you probably knew that already, lol. So 2012 is going to be full of new albums! DO you have any other album's you're looking forward to?
HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's great to hear from you man!!!!!!! Now I have to apologize for not getting back to you sooner, lol. I've been great, thanks for asking! I'm going to a local ski resort with my church in a few days, and some of my friends from basketball are coming!!!!My friends from sports aren't Christians, so this'll be very interesting, lol. Oh thats too bad that you've had bad weather :( It still hasn't snowed over here, which is strange because last year around this time we had alot of snow. Hey do you listen to Thousand Foot Krutch? I gotta go now, i'll talk to you later!!!!
Oh yeah, the song "The Beautiful Letdown" Is my all-time favorite song! You should listen to it sometime. That's too bad that someone took "The best yet" right before you got to it!!:(I hope you do find it soon! That is so cool that on Christmas you're going to ride your boat!!! It gets so cold over here! The lakes are all frozen!! We'd never even think of that, lol. This year for Christmas, our Grandmother is coming over. Then we're going to watch basketball for the first time this season (because they've been locked-out the whole first 1/3 of the season) .So we can't hardly wait for that first game! Thats really all, nothing extraordinary:) Merry Christmas to you too!!!!
Ok, thanks! :) Oh yeah The Best Yet is really good, do you have The Beautiful Letdown? Most people say that it's Switchfoot's best album, but I think that Vice Verses is their best!! That was a really cool birthday cake!!! I'm going to go comment on it after I type this! Was it good? Lol, I know it was! Well as for my youth group, we're trying to get a praise and worship band started but we don't have a drummer. We have all the other instrumentalists, we just have to find a drummer. Are you one of the quiet kids or loud kids at your youth group?Sometimes I get loud but i'm mostly quiet, haha. Oh hey, can you access Amazon.com from NZ? Because they have all of Switchfoot's albums and almost everything else there. Have you ever heard of it? I have to go now, I'll talk to you later!!!!
At least you have a large youth group. Mine averages 20 people when there is about 28000 teenagers in the Roanoke Valley (Virginia, U.S.A.). Our mission however is to reach ALL of them. We have representatives in all but 2 schools in the valley, which makes it easier, but when I am the only one in my school...
Oh man, I got mixed up with the hours! I know that we're alot farther away, lol. You must think i'm the dumbest person alive, lol. Anyway thats awesome that you got Vice Verses and Invincible!! Vice Verses is great I think you'll really enjoy it! Let me know which song from Vice Verses was your favorite! As for youth group...lol, we are pretty close I suppose. Some of them are loud and some are quiet, it wouldn't work without both kinds of kids. Whats your youth group like? I'll catch you later!
Oh I forgot that you use centigrade in NZ, I apologize. But yes it gets very cold up here! Man thats so cool that your youth group is going to have a dinner! As for the number of kids in my youth group, including me....1.
Haha, no no i'm just joking :) We have about 10 kids in our youth group, and only 2 or 3 boys. Yeah kids over here usually get phones when they're about 10 as well, lol.I'm 14 too by the way. Oh yeah you have all summer to water ski, your gonna have a blast! Do you paintball? I might have asked you that already but I don't remember. I've gotta go now, i'll talk to you later!
Well sometimes it gets very cold! The coldest it got last year ( This is the northeastern part of the US) was I think 10 degrees!! It stilll hasn't snowed over here, we had a really big rainstorm yesterday but now its bright and sunny! Yeah sometimes when we check the store my Dad might give us a free cup of cocoa and some cookies! Thats terrible that the food prices when up so high in NZ. Gas prices went up over here too, they are going down again but very slowly. Yeah that would be cool of you got all those cds! At my church we have a gift exchange. My youth paster comes around with a hat with everyones names in it, and we pick different names and we can't tell anyone who we get. It's exciting, I bought the kid who i picked a yearly devotional. It's the same one I use and its really good. As for what I want for Christmas, a cell phone would be cool! I don't know if i'll get one though, lol. And I did rollerskate when I was little( about 7-8 yrs old) but I grew out of them and we never got around to getting new ones. What do you want for your birthday? Haha, i'll talk to you later! I like your discussion game by the way!
Oh Wow! Thats so cool that your birthday will on the same day as the volleybal finals! Great!! Your going to have a rockin birthday!!!! Oh thats too bad that your not doing a play, but it is good that the younger kids do one. You're right, its good for them to be creative and come up with ideas and learn new things. It's been raining alot over hear too, there's probably going to be flooding but nothing too serious. Well my Dad is the manager of a grocery store, and they close on holidays. So we always wake up early and check the store with him, on Easter and Christmas! It's really cool because nobody is there but us! Then we'll come home and open presents, and then maybe watch a movie at night! Our relatives live very far from us so we don't normally have them come over, haha they act pretty crazy sometimes. It sounds like alot a fun living in New Zealand, to go out on the lake on Christmas sounds really cool! Over here the water is frozen! People like to ice skate on it then, we never ice skate it looks a little dangerous.Haha, What do you want for Christmas? See you later!
Hey Dude!!!! I've been pretty good, my church is going to do a play for Christmas. That sounds awesome!!! You were staff for national volleyball tournament!!! That Is Amazing! Well, you've started summer of with a real bang right!!! It sounds like you're going to have a rockin summer! Yep, it's winter right though now it hasn't snowed over hear yet! Christmas is usually really cold, exciting and awesome!!! When's your birthday? Its good to hear from you again, I was wondering what was up!
Hello!! Well Disciple rocks first of all :) But my homeschool is probably a little different from the way most kids go to school over here in the states. But the last test takes about 10 days! Sometimes it gets hard (because I have younger siblings)to do schoolwork when they're making lots of noise! Haha! But after a while you get used to it:) Wow, I hadn't heard he was coming out with a new album!Thats Great! I saw that his wife had a new website and that he was going on tour with Hawk Nelson which is pretty cool!I can't wait for his next album, I really think that The Chase should`have won an award of some kind!! Most of the songs from there were really good! I'm still trying to get my first Disciple album lol! But my most anticipated release was without a doubt...
SWITCHFOOT'S VICE VERSES!!!!! And it was really good! It might be Switchfoot's best album yet!!!
Hey!! Wow you got Scars Remain special edition!! Disciple Rocks!!! Thanks again for telling me about them, I want to get Horseshoes and Handgrenades! That'll be the next album I get, did you see Cole Pollock's video of Kevin Young singing some old school skillet songs? It was really good! Yep I'm homeschooled! Actually school started less than 3 months ago for us, so it's no where near time for us to start preparing for the final exams. We (my family) just call it "The Big Test" haha! Hey, what are your top ten Disciple songs? I'll make another post and show you mine
Hey!!!!! Please forgive me for taking so long to get back to you!! I should have left a post on my page telling you guys I would be gone for a while. Anyway, wow I've never even seen a hard copy of anything older than Collide in stores! Around here I would have to but them online or maybe they sell them at their concerts. But the only places i've seen the covers of those old cds are on the computer screen, haha. So what's your favorite Skillet song? or better yet, what are your top ten Skillet songs? I'll make another post telling you my top ten.
Hey!!!! Oh well in that case i'm even happier that RED beat out other secular artists! Haha!! Oh yeah, all the videos that I have are youtube feeds. Can you put your Manafest video up? It would look a lot better than my youtube one, but do you know if thats legal? Well I haven't heard too many old school Skillet songs. I used to watch this movie by this Christian artist called Carmen, and the main song used in the movie soundtrack was Skillet's Best Kept Secret!! We didn't know about Skillet then, but a few years later my brother started listening to Skillet and we were really surprised when they started playing best kept secret at one of their live shows!!!
Oh thats sounds cool!!! I'm using a Frederick Noad book to learn guitar, it's classical of course haha. Wow no I haven't been to Loudwire in a while are they a Christian site by the way? Wow thats great for RED! I don't listen to them but i know that a whole lot of Skillet fans like them, so as long as RED didn't beat any other bands I like i'm happy for them!! Oh Yeah! Renegade is my favorite Manafest song and could possibly be my favorite video too! I have to buy it one day. The snow is almost completly gone now, it was really too warm for it to start snowing. I've never been skiing before either but i'd like to go snowboarding one of these days! Oh yeah the Bourne Ulitimatum is in the trilogy, most of those movie haven't come out yet so I don't know what they'll be rated and why so check that out before you see them. I'll see you LATER!!!!!!!
Mission Impossible 4 is coming to theaters in december. The Avengers is coming out sometime next year which is going to have Iron Man, Capt. America, Thor, Hawkeye, and maybe the hulk in it, it looks pretty cool. The Dark Knight Rises is coming out next year, thats going to be great! The Bourne Legacy, is coming out next year did you ever see the Bourne movies? I really like them:) But thats might top movies coming out that I know of, you can go to the Internet Movie Database website to check them out and look for other movies! I'll see you later!!!!
Hello!!! Wow, are you teaching yourself? It sounds fun but difficult! I haven't been on in 2 days I think because there was a huge snowstorm on saturday!! Last year it didn't start snowing until some time in jan. I've never seen snow in October before. And man... there was about 9 inches of snow on the ground!!! I think thats about 22 centimeters. Dude, I was out there all day long shoveling snow!!! I had to make room in the driveway for my Dad because he was on his way home, but the snow didn't stop coming down until about 11:00 at night!! I also went and helped this lady next door to us who lives alone, but it's pretty warm now and the snow's melting pretty quickly! We did go sledding though and that was fun, but the power was out for two days. But we're alive, haha! Yeah, I know what you mean action and adventure movies!!! But i also like watching classics, and some action movies have just a lot of action and not enough story. But as for new movies coming out. Courageous was good, but it wasn't action packed. I thought Capt. America was terrible, but most people thought it was good there was a lot of action there. I'll make another post for some movies
Wow, I hadn't noticed John had a 5 string bass. Oh, so they did come there once. Thats great, and you went to see them both!! Oh yeah I remember you telling me that you saw Manafest!! Thats too bad though that you dropped from the heat! I saw Switchfoot about 4 yrs ago but I was about 10 yrs old and I don't remember any of the songs, haha. So whats bass like? I'm teaching myself guitar and it's actually coming along nicely. I'm been working on it a lot, but I still have a long way to go. What movies do you like to watch?
Hi !!!! I actually don't play the 3rd Age of empires I prefer the older ones like The Age of Kings and The Conquerors Expansion. I heard that the third wasn't as good as the older ones. Oh yeah The Beautiful Letdown is actually my favorite song ever! Not just my favorite Switchfoot but my favorite all around. Yeah I've seen a lot of New Zealanders who like Skillet and Switchfoot and other Christian Rock bands, they really need to go down there some time. One time I went to a Switchfoot concert and at one point in the song Jon Foreman walked to the back of the crowd and gave everyone all the way in the back a high five! They are a really nice group of guys. You know what, we should pray that one of these days Skillet and Switchfoot will come to New Zealand! Hey I forgot you play Bass, do you know any Skillet songs?
We Too have Wii and pc, have you ever heard of Age of Empires? It's a really fun PC game and it's also a history book! The object of the game is to relieve the life storys of great conquerors of the past like Joan of Arc,Genghis Khan, Saladin and lots of other people. It also takes a long time to finish,I've never beaten an entire cd because there are multiple campaigns and they take a long time to beat. I learned things about famous soldiers and emperors that I never knew before I played it! I can't say enough about it, for Wii I like to play paintball games, football and the Mario games are really fun. I've never played guitar hero before, It does look fun though!
Wow,really! The world cup is right there thats pretty cool! The snow does look pretty cool until it's time to shovel it! Haha, but really the snow has a calmness to it. When you go outside as soon as it's finished snowing it is completly silent outside, you can barely hear your own breathing , it's cool and a little spooky haha. 54 Centimeters deep is what I meant, It's different every year though this year it's supposed to be an above average snowfall. I've never been in a proper snowfight either my brothers are either too tired because we've been shoveling or not old enough to give me a challenge, haha. What kind of videogames do you play? I haven't played any in a few weeks I've been pretty busy, my church had a yard sale this weekend and my arms are still a little sore, haha!
Hey! What I did was compare the track number from both cd's to each other, and I agree The Sound is still better than track 4 from Vice Verses. Most people will disagree with me but I liked souvenirs better than bullet soul I don't know why but I did, haha. Thats terrible about the oil spills there was a really bad one in the gulf of mexico about 2 years ago, but that was far from me. Do you like Rugby? I've seen it played before and it looks really tough, I don't think I could play it.Yup, it's starting to get colder and the snow will start in a few months. Last year we had about 54 centimeters in one snowfall! And week after week it kept snowing heavily, it finally stopped in march or late february I think. It was a lot of work shoveling all that snow!
Oh yeah man The War Inside is... Man it is so good!!!I was blown away when I heard it the first time. My Mom actually bought the album for me, and I think it's better than Hello Hurricane! Whoa! That book sounds really good, now I have to get it!! But no I've never read any of them but I can't wait to get one! I really like books about the military my Dad does too! So what's happening in New Zealand? I'ts raining a little up here but the weather is going to be great for my church's yard sale this weekend! I have to go now, but I'll talk to you later!!!! See you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Dude!! It sounds pretty hard! Yeah, Monster is really good my favorite alltime is The Beautiful Letdown by Switchfoot have you ever heard it? It's a great song, and so true. Wow, those guys are former SAS! Thats pretty cool I have to get one of their books! I think that Forbidden is supposed to be a futuristic book too but i'm not sure. I read old books by Robert Louis Stevenson, Alexander Dumas and Charles Dickens. I also really like Ted Dekker books, and anything about the military I really like as well! I have to go now, i'll see you later!!
Hi!! I've never played volleyball before, it looks pretty hard you can only hit the ball once right? And man... I'm LOVIN DISCIPLE!! I was going to get Manafest's new album The Chase but you know what I might get a Disciple album next! Which one should I get? I've been listening to the songs you mentioned on youtube, so I don't know which albums any of them belong to.My favorite is still Game On though, Rise up is my second favorite:) Hey whats your alltime favorite song? Do you like to read? Have you ever heard of Tim Lahaye, Jerry B. Jenkins or Ted DEkker? Ted Dekker has a new book out called Forbidden and I can't wait to get it. It's supposed to be in the future and humans are stripped of all emotions except fear. One guy breaks through this thing, and sets out to bring feelings back to the human race.
HEY! Yeah it's going to be tough to top these last three but I think Skillet has some surprises for us and they won't let us down:) Wow thats too bad that you guys are soaked too. Our town get's some flooding but not as bad as that. But Baseball is even more boring in real life! When I was in the outfield my biggest problem was trying to stay awake! Really! I was falling asleep on my feet! And when the ball finally came to me I was so tired of doing nothing that I would miss it! It was my first year though, and I did have two really nice catches in one inning:) Do you play basketball? I really like basketballl it's tough though:) Well I gotta go I'll see you later!!
Hey! I also just got Switchfoot's new album Vice Verses and SK's greatest hits cd. Another kid on here was telling me he was getting new cd's too, do you know when Skillet's next cd comes out? I can't wait for that,I also can't wait to listen to those Disciple songs you gave me but it's late over here i'll have to check them out tomorrow. So what have you been doing? I mowed our lawn today but only half of it because the other half was still water logged:( Do you play any sports? I play basketball and I might play baseball again this year but i'm not sure. I'll talk to you later!
WOW! WOW! I just checked out some of those disciple songs you told me about. I don't know why i'd never heard of these guys before, they really ROCK! I'm listening to Game On right now. I really like it! Man thanks for telling me about them, I never would have listened to them if you hadn't told me about them :) I'll talk to you later!
Hey! Wow three times in one week!! But yeah when they use back tracks instead of a live band it's never quite as good. I will definitly check out some of their songs. As for Stellar Kart songs, I would say
Innocent, Shine like the Stars,Me and Jesus, Punk the Halls, Activate, Student Driver, I give Up, Procrastinating and Jesus loves you is a few of their best. No i've never done any of those water sports but i've seen people doing them on TV and it looks really cool but I don't live to close too the water. One of these days i'm definitly going to do it! I've heard of Rapture Ruckus since I joined this site I thought it was a band, is he a rapper? Thats so cool that you have his autograph too! how many times did you meet him? If he sounds like Manafest i'm all for him and ready to listen:) I'll talk to you later!!
Trevor McNevan. I didn't know who that was on Manafest's Impossible video. Then a few weeks later I saw somewhere that he had his own band called Thousand Foot Krutch! I said "Wow, he sounds so good in Manafest's videos maybe I should check out his band"Yeah, the Renegade video is probably my favorite Manafest Video, viewed it about 30 times in the last two days(I just found it) Haha. So what songs would you suggest of Thousand Foot Krutch? Now Stellar Kart! They SCREAM JESUS!! In most of their songs. The songs they sing have such a thick Christian message they're like singing youth pasters! But most of they're songs are really good. They're the only Punk-Rock band I listen to:) I'll give you link to my favorite of their videos
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxMrGDd1cos.
They don't sell too many copies because they are so Christian and they have such a strong message, sometimes the message is better than the actual music. But this is one of their best songs. Enjoy, and i'll talk to you later!!!!
Wow. Man, thats terrible and too bad that the old buildings won't last. You can't get those back. But Kneeboarding and Wakeboarding too! I've seen kneeboading before, it looks very cool! And when you do paintball the gun you should get is the Tippmann Gryphon. It's the best beginner gun on the market, it's a very cheap gun and normally cheap guns never work well. But Tippmann makes paintball guns better than anyone else and at better prices! The Gryphon is a really great gun it's cheap and it's rugged the perfect beginner gun. You could probably upgrade it to shoot even faster, i'm not sure though. Wow you've seen Manfest in concert too!! I saw him at a youth group in Texas (it was the first time i'd ever heard of him) and he Rocked!! Oh yeah, that guy screaming on the song really wasn't cool, haha.
Oh and Skillet of course! The best out of their is Switchfoot but you know that. Fireflight's best song is Unbreakable and their best album is For those who wait. Manafest's best album is the chase and his best song.... well he has a lot a good ones:) All the songs on the chase are good you should see some of his vids. I'll put a link up later. I have to go now seeya!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey! No problem:) Wow you water ski?!?! Thats pretty cool! Well the flooding wasn't too bad where i live but south of here was pretty bad. There were some towns where the water was 3 ft and up! It's dried up now though, it was so bad the President came down to check it out. Wow I didn't know about those earth quakes in 2004. It's crazy! Oh yeah paintball is so much fun it's crazy!! It's really fun, the last time I played I got shot 14 times and I didn't shoot anybody, haha. But even then it was still super fun:) Thank you for telling me all those songs, I will definitely check them out. Well I only listen to Christian artists, no secular bands impress me. Bu the groups I currently listen to are: Switchfoot( who ROCK) Fireflight, Manafest, Stellar Kart. Thats really all the bands I listen to:)

We just have people in those schools, but I am the only one that calls them representatives.
I learned by watching one of my friends. He plays a right handed bass, and I learned on a left handed bass. I misspelled mirroring. It took a long time to learn, though. But, when I did, I learned on a right handed bass a whole lot faster, even though I did slice two of my fingers on a slide.
Ok, thanks! :) Oh yeah The Best Yet is really good, do you have The Beautiful Letdown? Most people say that it's Switchfoot's best album, but I think that Vice Verses is their best!! Oh I forgot that you use centigrade in NZ, I apologize. But yes it gets very cold up here! Man thats so cool that your youth group is going to have a dinner! As for the number of kids in my youth group, including me....1.

1.Game On
2.Scars Remain
3. Dear X You Don't Own Me
4. My Hell
5.Southern Hospitality
6.Revolution:Now
7.Remedy
8.Watch It Burn
9. Fight For Love
10.Regime Change
I haven't heard too many of there songs yet but these really rock!
1. Rebirthing
2. Hero
3. The Last Night
4.Monster
5. Whispers In The Dark
6. Saviour
7. Comatose
8. Forsaken
9. Collide
10. Falling Inside The Black
Man, this is so hard! I might change it in a few days.haha. I'll see you later!
Hey!! I have to go to bed in a minute but I think SK sounds great too!! I'll get back to you tomorrow, Bye!!!
Well, my lyrics have various themes, so lets not go with that. I actually want the name sound more hard rock-ish or metalcore-ish. you know what I mean?
Hey, what Disciple songs should I look up?
