Whoa! This song really hits home! Knowing you are not acting like yourself, with your pleas for help falling on deaf ears, only to leave you feeling like you are sinking beyond help! There is no greater loneliness or pain than when you feel abandoned not only by mankind, but by God!! But that is not the "truth"! Feelings are real but they are not always facts! Once we have placed our trust in Him, He will never abandon us. We are the one's who slowly become distant from Him, then we wonder why we feel so bad. He never leaves...we do, because we let evil distract us ever so slightly and that's all it takes to start "falling". But, the Lord will catch us if we sincerely ask and trust Him.
