You should see the Feedback and Discussions in the Categories selection.
I guess they meant you were a member of the site or something, not a member of the Panheads. How about you explain the situation in the Feedback and Suggestions discussion? The Skillet Web Crew will most likely respond to you and help you resolve your problem.

I honestly don't anything about redeeming a code. Sorry. But if you click on the The Panheads page on this site, it should give you an option to sign up to become a member. Like I said, I'm not sure where the code comes in.

By Panhead, do you mean that you're part of the Panhead Fan Club or that you just simply joined Skillet.com? You'll notice that there is blue icon that says PH(Panhead) to the right of my profile picture. That means I'm an actual member of the Panheads. You haven't actually joined that fan club.
